Bioshock valt opnieuw in de prijzen

2K Games meldt dat hun paradepaardje Bioshock opnieuw in de prijzen is gevallen. Dit keer mocht de game de titel Best Game Of The Year Award in ontvangst nemen. Deze award werd uitgereikt tijdens de British Academy Video Games Awards (BAFTA) 2007.

Een manager van 2K International, Neil Ralley was dan ook in de wolken en had er het volgende over te zeggen:

“This is a huge accomplishment for us and a fantastic achievement for video games. BioShock is a testament to the unfailing creativity, expertise and efforts of our Boston and Canberra, Australia-based development studios. Furthermore, it demonstrates that compelling and original games, if properly supported, are capable of achieving immense popularity. We're very proud of BioShock's critical and commercial success.”
